I'm not a theoretical "property guru" selling courses. I'm a long-term UK landlord who's lived through the challenges, learned the hard way, and built genuine experience managing properties and dealing with all the issues landlords face.

My Story

I started as a landlord years ago and quickly learned that property investment isn't all passive income and easy money. I've dealt with non-paying tenants, Section 8 and Section 21 evictions, problem properties, and every challenge you can imagine.

Through trial and error - and plenty of expensive lessons - I learned how to handle difficult situations, work with care providers, find BMV deals, and actually make property work as a business.

I started sharing my experiences on TikTok and YouTube, showing the reality of being a landlord - not the sanitized, Instagram version. People responded because it was real. Now I have over 175,000 followers across my platforms.
