LandlordWala.com provides the following services:
Services are provided on a fixed-fee basis as quoted. Fees must be paid before work commences. We issue Section 8 and Section 21 notices in accordance with UK law but cannot guarantee outcomes. Additional legal costs may apply for complex cases.
Sellers pay no fees. We earn 2% commission from buyers on successful completion. We reserve the right to refuse any property or transaction.
Buyers pay 2% commission on purchase price, payable on completion. Registration is free with no ongoing costs. We cannot guarantee property availability or pricing.
Landlords pay half of the first month's rent as commission when tenancy commences. Care providers pay one month's rent plus tenancy agreement fees. All commissions are payable on signing and move-in.
We receive referral commissions from brokers. You pay nothing directly to us for referrals. All mortgage/financing terms are between you and the lender/broker.
